Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver products to specific regions within Malaysia, including Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Penang. Please ensure your delivery address falls within these areas before placing your order. For unsure location, kindly reach out to us before placing order.

2. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is seven working days. After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and location. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on external factors and availability.

3. Shipping Costs

• Johor: Free delivery on all orders.
• Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: Free delivery for orders totaling RM3000 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of RM300 will be charged.
• Penang: Free delivery for orders totaling RM6000 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of RM500 will be charged.

After the order had been placed, our customer service will contact you to confirm the charges if there is any.

Return & Replacement Policy

All items purchased from us come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty, which only covers manufacturing defects. We will only accept replacements for inferior products due to manufacturing defects. Please email to yohinbiz@gmail.com the photographs of the inferior parts within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will get your replacement items done as soon as possible. 

Once a purchase order is made, you are allowed to cancel your order within 3 hours as a cooling measure. Full refundable after deducting 2.5% miscellaneous fee will be processed within 3 working days.
